Spring in Ohio means 30 degrees on Monday, 80 degrees on Tuesday, and no one knowing what to wear…so we stopped waiting. Bar Fuoco is opening a full month early. Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, right through Memorial Day weekend when we kick into full seven-day swing.

Fire isn't just a heat source at Bar Fuoco, it's the whole vibe. Flames snap in the open-air kitchen while mellow beats drift over deep couches, the fireplace nook, high-tops, and the upgraded bar that's fueled Chagrin summers for 50 years. Warm up by the fire on the cold nights, cool down with an all-day Frosé or an ice-bathed, smoky Negroni on the warm ones. Lean into a backgammon match, toast an after-work win, or sink into date-night glow. We don't take reservations, so grab a drink, soak up the ember light, and let the night find its own easy rhythm.
